YouTooCanWoo elegantly harnesses the ethereal power of sound to bring big ideas to life. Our team of audio architects uses a holistic approach that often blurs the conventional roles of music composition, music production, mix engineering, and original sound design to tell a stronger story. Our goals are to be continually inspired by the ever-changing world around us, to positively contribute to the cultural dialogue, and to enable collaborators to find their distinct voices.
Based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, we have been responsible for producing MGMT’s debut Time To Pretend EP, creating the sound identity of Spotify, multiple re-imaginings of MTV Networks' audio branding, the Cinema Eye Honors-nominated score for documentary film Mateo, original music for the video game Just Cause 3, and many more. We are also the co-founders of the groups French Horn Rebellion, Savoir Adore, Deidre & the Dark and the brand new Violet Sands, and have toured extensively around the world.
As of May 2017, we’re also very excited to announce that we are expanding our creative hub to include a brand new record label to release music from our community, pooling our years of experience as recording artists into a unified platform. Please join us for our label launch party on Friday, June 30th at Rough Trade in Brooklyn, New York, with live performances from Violet Sands, French Horn Rebellion and some very special guests.
The team: David Perlick-Molinari (Founder), Deidre Muro (Creative Director), Derek Muro (Composer/Producer), Zach Abramson (Composer/Producer), Lea Wülferth (Business Development & Project Manager), Erin Mulvoy (Communications & Project Coordinator) and Robert Perlick-Molianri (A&R and Label Management).
